About leadership coach Steve Mendelsohn
Steve is an accredited leadership coach with a long history of success as a senior executive. He has a certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach. Combining his experience as a leader in the Software and Information industry with his formal training in coaching, he establishes strong trusting relationships with his clients, guiding them to important insights that lead to positive, sustainable changes in what they bring to their work and their lives.
Steve spent over two decades in leadership positions at a large Financial Information and Software organization, running business divisions with as many as 1,200 employees. He was known for his focus on developing his people and was sought after as an internal coach and mentor within and beyond his group.
He distinguished himself by leading his teams with a focus on engagement and with a commitment to promoting a culture of trust, truth, accountability and good humor. His passion has been to demonstrate that these values not only create a positive environment but also lead to strong financial results. Steve carries this conviction into his coaching work.
